Gelochelidon nilotica ( Gull-billed tern - Γελογλάρονο )
The Cyprus Discovery presents you the Gull-billed tern. The Gull-billed tern is one of the birds found in Cyprus. Its scientific name is Gelochelidon nilotica and its Greek name is Yeloglarono. It is a medium to large size bird which its height is 35 - 42 cm. It has a wingspan of 76 - 86 cm.
